AI evaluation work from the largest US college career network
Handshake AI is the newest arm of Handshake, the career platform most US universities already use to place students. Launched in 2025, it routes that existing network into paid, remote AI evaluation and training projects — general evaluation tasks open to any verified fellow, plus domain-specific work in fields like finance, energy, software engineering and philosophy for those with the credentials.

How screening works
Apply and verify your identity, then get matched to a project based on your background. Project-specific training precedes any paid task. The current program page describes identity verification and project matching; it does not describe a separate live interview.
Who fits best
US-based professionals and students with work authorization (F-1 CPT/OPT is eligible; STEM OPT is not). No prior AI experience is required for general evaluation work — postgraduate and domain credentials unlock the higher-paying specialist projects.
