What the work involves

You receive AI-produced artifacts that imitate real customer success and support operations output: a renewal-risk QBR deck for a mid-market account, a churn-driver analysis in Sheets, a tiered escalation matrix, an onboarding plan with success criteria, or a CSAT/NPS reporting template. Your job is to decide whether the artifact would survive contact with an actual account team or support org. That means checking whether the health score logic is defensible, whether the SLA tiers are internally consistent, whether ticket deflection math actually adds up, and whether the slide narrative would land with an executive sponsor rather than reading as generic SaaS filler.

Feedback is structured written commentary tied to a rubric — accuracy, domain rigor, completeness, and presentation quality — with specific pointers to the offending cell, bullet, or claim. Graders who simply mark work "good" or "weak" without citing the error don't last. The strongest evaluators write the kind of note a senior CS leader would leave on a junior AE's deck: direct, specific, and actionable.

What the platform screens for

  • Verifiable operating experience. Expect follow-ups on the tools you ran (Gainsight, Totango, Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom), the book of business you carried, and the metrics you were accountable for.
  • Depth under pressure. Screens probe whether you can explain why a health score weighting is wrong, not just that it looks off.
  • Slides and spreadsheet fluency. Google Slides and PowerPoint proficiency is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have — presentation defects are part of the rubric.
  • Written clarity. Your feedback is the deliverable, so writing quality is assessed directly.

Logistics

Fully remote and asynchronous. Work arrives in batches; most contributors pick up between 10 and 20 hours a week, though volume fluctuates with project demand and no minimum is guaranteed. Pay is hourly and varies by project and assessed expertise — the $80–120/hr band reflects what contributors have reported, not a committed rate. Expect a short calibration period where your grades are compared against reference evaluations before you move to independent volume.
