What the work involves

You will be handed artifacts that an AI model produced in response to a prompt an executive or their support staff might actually issue: draft a board pre-read from these three attachments, reconcile this expense spreadsheet, build a five-slide update deck, write a decline to a speaking invitation, restructure a travel itinerary after a cancelled leg. Your job is not to rewrite them. It is to judge them against a rubric and explain, in writing, exactly where and why they fall short — a formula that references the wrong column, a tone that is fractionally too casual for an external board member, a calendar hold that ignores a time-zone or a hard stop, a memo that buries the decision the principal actually has to make.

Much of the value you bring is tacit. Administrative work runs on conventions that are rarely written down: what a chief of staff expects to see first in a briefing, how much context to include when forwarding, when a 15-minute buffer is a courtesy and when it is essential. Evaluation projects are built to extract exactly that knowledge, so the feedback that scores well is the feedback that names the convention and the consequence of breaking it.

What the platform screens for

  • Genuine support experience, described concretely. Who you supported, at what level, how many calendars, what systems. Vague "administrative duties" answers do not survive follow-up.
  • Real tool depth. Excel beyond formatting — lookups, pivots, reconciliation. PowerPoint as a communication instrument, not a template fill.
  • Written precision. Your screening answers are themselves a writing sample; that is deliberate.
  • Rubric discipline. Whether you can apply someone else's criteria consistently rather than substituting your own preferences.

Logistics

Fully remote and largely asynchronous, with tasks claimed from a queue and deadlines usually measured in days rather than hours. Most contributors work part-time alongside other commitments; volume fluctuates with project demand and is not guaranteed week to week. Eligibility is restricted to the United States, Europe, the UK, or Canada. Rates in the $30–80/hr range have been observed on this listing and vary by project, task type, and reviewer track record.
