What the work involves
You'll be handed domain artifacts — a quota-setting spreadsheet, a Salesforce pipeline hygiene report, a QBR deck, an outbound sequence, a forecast model with a broken assumption buried in row 40 — and asked to judge them the way you'd judge work from someone on your team. Some tasks are comparative: two AI-generated versions of the same deliverable, and you pick the better one and say precisely why. Others are single-artifact reviews against a rubric covering accuracy, completeness, and whether a VP of Sales would actually use it. A meaningful share of the work is in Excel and PowerPoint, because that's where GTM work actually lives — you'll be checking formula logic, pivot structures, chart honesty, and whether the narrative in the deck matches the numbers in the appendix.
The written feedback is the deliverable that matters most. "This forecast is wrong" is worth little; "the model applies a flat 22% win rate across all segments when the source data shows enterprise closing at 11% and SMB at 34%, which overstates Q3 commit by roughly $400K" is the standard. Reviewers who can locate the error, quantify its consequence, and name the fix get more work.
What the screen looks for
- Real operating experience, not adjacency. Screeners probe for systems you actually administered, deals you actually forecast, comp plans you actually built.
- Spreadsheet and deck fluency under specifics — expect questions about how you'd structure a bookings-to-ARR bridge or catch a double-count in a pipeline rollup.
- Rubric discipline: can you apply someone else's grading criteria faithfully, including when you personally would have scored it differently?
- Calibration: consistent scores across similar artifacts, and the ability to explain the gap between a 3 and a 4.
Logistics
Fully remote and largely asynchronous, with work claimed from a queue rather than scheduled. Most contributors report 10–20 hours a week; some projects have short burst periods with tighter turnarounds and daily calibration notes. Eligibility is limited to candidates based in the United States, Europe, the UK, or Canada. Pay is hourly and stated as observed on the platform, not guaranteed — rate varies by project, seniority, and how consistent your review quality proves to be over the first several batches.
