Each item needs a clear stem, ten answer options, exactly one defensible correct answer, and a worked solution that explains why the key is right and why the strongest distractors fail. Subject matter is general knowledge — history, science, literature, geography, civics, culture — but the questions are expected to reflect the depth of your own training rather than trivia lookups.

The difficulty target matters more than volume. Items that a competent model answers instantly are low-value; items that are ambiguous or unanswerable are worse.
