The work

You draft multiple-choice questions from your own knowledge of Czech law, without copying from bar prep books, published exams, or commentary. Each item has ten answer options — a deliberately high number, designed so that a model cannot reach the right answer by elimination — and a written solution that cites the governing provision (občanský zákoník, zákon o obchodních korporacích, trestní zákoník, správní řád, or whichever code applies) and explains the reasoning step by step. Good items turn on a real point of Czech doctrine or statutory interpretation: a limitation period, a formal requirement for validity, the boundary between two offences, the effect of a Constitutional Court holding.

The distractors matter as much as the key. Weak items fail because the wrong options are obviously wrong; strong items encode the specific errors a competent junior lawyer actually makes — confusing lhůta with doba, misapplying transitional provisions, importing a rule from Slovak or German law that Czech law rejects.

What the screening looks for

Verifiable legal training. A Czech law degree (Mgr. from a Czech faculty) or recognised equivalent, and ideally two or more years in practice — advocacy, judiciary, notarial, corporate, or public administration.
Depth under follow-up. The AI interviewer will press on a specific area you name. Vague answers about "civil law generally" don't survive a second question.
Native-level Czech and current legal Czech usage. Terminology must be the terminology used in Czech courts and filings, not translated English concepts.
Item-writing judgment. Whether you can tell a question that tests reasoning from one that tests recall of a section number.
