What the work involves

You receive AI-generated work products — implementation plans, phased rollout schedules, governance charters, RAID/risk logs, resource-loaded workplans, status decks for steering committees — and grade them against a rubric supplied by the platform. Most tasks are document, spreadsheet, or slide artifacts, so a meaningful share of your judgment is about whether a deck would survive a real sponsor review: are milestones actually sequenced with dependencies, does the critical path hold, are owners named, is the benefits case traceable to the workstreams, do the numbers in the appendix match the numbers on the summary slide.

Feedback is the deliverable, not the score. Reviewers who do well write a short, specific critique per rubric dimension — naming the error, the reason it matters in a live program, and what a competent PMO lead would have produced instead. Vague comments like "lacks detail" get flagged; "the Wave 2 cutover assumes UAT sign-off in the same week UAT begins" is the standard.

What the platform screens for

  • Verifiable program experience. Expect follow-ups on programs you've actually run: scope, budget, number of workstreams, what governance cadence you used, what went wrong.
  • Rubric discipline. Can you separate "I would have done it differently" from "this is wrong," and hold a consistent bar across dozens of similar artifacts.
  • Artifact fluency. Real proficiency in Slides/PowerPoint and Sheets/Excel, including formatting, chart integrity, and formula-level checks.
  • Written clarity in English. Feedback is read by model trainers who lack your domain context.

Logistics

Fully remote and largely asynchronous, with tasks pulled from a queue rather than assigned on a schedule. Volume fluctuates by project; many reviewers treat this as a 5–20 hour weekly commitment alongside other work, though some engagements ramp to near-full-time for short calibration pushes. Pay bands are as observed on the platform and vary by specialization, assessment results, and task complexity — they are not guaranteed.
